Mike Keyse – Team Coordinator

Mike serves as the liaison for volunteer groups, providing logistical support for teams in Bolivia. A Methodist missionary from North Carolina, Mike has hosted more than 100 teams in 8 years of service.

Dr. Ruben Mamani – Director of Operations

An Aymaran Bolivian, Dr. Ruben holds a PhD in environmental engineering from the University of Connecticut. A dedicated humanitarian, Dr. Ruben chose to return to Bolivia to help his native Aymaran people. He serves as the Director of Operations, translating engineering requests from indigenous communities and writing proposals for infrastructure projects.

Milton de la Cruz – Project Manager- EWB Projects Engineer

A Bolivian engineer with over 20 years experience, Milton works full-time handling project development for EIA in Bolivia. Milton coordinates our efforts to improve the infrastructure of communities.

Afnan Agromonte – Project Manager – Chiquitano Safe Water Project

A graduate of the Unversidad de Major de San Andres in La Paz, Bolivia in Chemical Engineering in 2009. Primary Project Engineer working on the Chiquitano Forest Safe Water Project in eastern Bolivia. 

Jose (Joe) Alvarez – Project Manager – Kumurana Mine Project

Joe is a Quechua Bolivian with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. Joe is the lead engineer overseeing the construction and implementation of the Kumurana mine waste-water project near Potosi.
