Matthew G. Craig is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the well-respected University of Cincinnati’s College of Engineering (now CEAS), graduating Magna Cum Laude. He obtained his Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering degree with a focus on transportation from the University of Texas at Arlington. Mr. Craig leads the Transportation Practice and is a member of the Board of Directors for Halff Associates, Inc., based in Richardson, Texas, where he has been employed for over 30 years. After sponsoring the U.S. college education in Civil Engineering of Bolivian student, Jose “Joe” Alvarez Gonzales, Mr. Craig joined the EIA Board in 2009 upon the behest of David Stephenson when Joe was hired as a field engineer by EIA. Mr. Craig also serves on numerous other boards and strongly believes it is a civic, social and moral duty to volunteer where humanitarian needs call.
