Why am I fasting?

Joe Alvarez, one of the EIA engineers, is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, a past EWB North Texas Professional, a former employee at Halff Associates and a close personal friend. He now works to improve the health and quality of life of his home country Bolivia. My hope is that his DFW friends and supporters everywhere will support his good works, along with all those of EIA, to help the poorest of the poor in Bolivia. Please donate or join the fast yourself (Oct. 27-29 in DFW). Fasters and supporters alike can join us to celebrate Break Fast 9 a.m. Oct. 29 when Joe is in Dallas, after speaking at the OU Water Conference. Email me for details.
