EWB-Colorado Springs Professional Chapter is taking on this project. Their Assessment Trip will be in March of 2009, and hoping to begin the Construction phase in October of 2009. EWB-Colorado Springs is interested in involving aqua ducts for irrigation, pump irrigation, and potable water.
