EIA assigns a Project Manager for each volunteer team coming to work in Bolivia. It is the Project Manager’s responsibility to make arrangements and prepare for the team’s arrival and sustenance while travelling and working in-country. Some of the many support services provided by EIA include:

  • Project Manager travels and stays (depending on preference) with the team while in-community
  • Arrange in-country flights
  • Arrange in-country vehicles and other transportation
  • Airport pickup and drop-off
  • Food, bottled water, and cook while in-community
  • Housing arrangements while in-community
  • Translators – Spanish, Aymaran, and Quechua as needed
  • Emergency vehicles while in-community
  • Cell phones
  • Hotels and housing while out of the community
  • Extra tour arrangements
