Joining the board in 2024, Dylan is a veteran builder who has participated in multiple bridge builds in Central and South America. Dylan graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in construction management in 2015. After college, he spent seven years in vertical construction, gaining valuable experience in the field. Realizing his passion for infrastructure, Dylan transitioned within JHL to join the infrastructure group. In this role, he has worked on significant projects such as large-diameter water transmission lines and water treatment facilities while leading self-perform craft labor teams. His commitment to enhancing connectivity and development in these regions highlights his passion for bridge construction. Dylan's extensive hands-on experience and leadership skills make him an invaluable asset to the EIA board. His dedication to sustainable infrastructure and his ability to manage complex projects ensure that he will continue to make a meaningful impact on communities through his work with EIA. Dylan’s contributions are instrumental in advancing EIA's mission and supporting the development of resilient and well-connected communities.
