Serving at EIA since 2021, Luis Ventoza, born in Peru and raised in Ecuador, Colombia, and El Salvador, earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from the University of Texas. With over 35 years in infrastructure construction, including his role as COO for PCL's civil group, he gained extensive exposure to water and bridge construction. Luis has also served as treasurer on the board of directors for Bridges to Prosperity (B2P), becoming a pillar of the organization. His expertise and passion for aiding South American communities make him an invaluable asset to EIA, greatly enhancing its mission. In addition to his impressive professional achievements, Luis is actively involved in mentoring and supporting local initiatives aimed at improving infrastructure and community resilience. His deep understanding of the challenges faced by these communities, combined with his strategic leadership, ensures that EIA's projects are impactful and sustainable.
