Miro has been serving with EIA since 2018. He earned a bachelor's degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, a master's degree from Central Michigan University, and a master's degree from the National Defense University. A thirty-year Army veteran, he served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, finishing as deputy commander of the Northwestern Division. At Mead & Hunt for almost 15 years, Miro's military and water infrastructure expertise, honed through his Army career, uniquely positioned him to drive EIA’s mission by ensuring efficient, strategic, and impactful projects that benefit communities in need.
