Nsika Dlamini
Junior Technical Officer
Nsika holds a National Diploma in Civil Engineering and has gained diverse experience across multiple technical roles. In 2023, he worked as a technician intern at ITML Consulting Engineers, where he focused on detailing and producing structural drawings. Following this, he volunteered with the International Youth Fellowship, contributing to various building projects. In 2024, he joined the Microprojects Programme Coordination Unit as a junior technical officer, working on road projects and low-level crossings. That same year, he also participated in Engineers in Action (EIA) as a WASH junior technical officer, contributing to the WASH Program in Eswatini.
As a child, Nsika loved exploring different games and adventures while developing a deep passion for music, particularly through playing the guitar. His proudest accomplishment has been working on WASH projects with EIA, especially installing a solar-powered water pump at a remote school. This project significantly improved access to clean water for hundreds of schoolchildren, positively impacting their health and well-being. Collaborating with engineers from around the world has also broadened his skill set and knowledge.
Beyond engineering, Nsika enjoys music, socializing, and staying active through hiking. His ultimate dream is to explore the world, become a successful entrepreneur, and make a meaningful difference by helping those in need.

We're passionate about our people – here's their path in Engineers in Action!
