Matchmaker Program

The demand for engineering, construction, and architecture talent is growing, and recruiting top talent from universities is competitive, expensive, and time-consuming.

To address these growing challenges in the AEC industry, EIA has launched the Matchmaker Program. Matchmaker provides AEC companies with effective opportunities to recruit diverse, talented engineering student-leaders from over 25 EIA university chapters, while simultaneously providing companies and their staff with opportunities to participate in integrated external engagement opportunities.

Students in EIA’s university chapters have gained skills in technical design and project management, teamwork, leadership, and cross-cultural competency. They have real world experience as leaders, collaborators, communicators, and problem-solvers. And they want to work for a great company like yours.

Throughout the 2023-2024 academic year, EIA is seeking a limited number of companies in the AEC industry to pilot this new and exciting corporate partnership program.

Industry Build Program

The goal of the EIA Industry Program is to provide companies and engineering/construction professionals with the opportunity to apply their skills and expertise to impact communities in developing countries.

Your team will work alongside our staff to prepare for construction and travel. They will also accompany you to the build site where you’ll live and work alongside community members in completing the project.
