Former Director of Business Development (Retired), PCL Construction, Inc.

Serving with EIA since 2021, Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in construction technology from Oklahoma State University. He has worked for the PCL family of companies since 1988, serving in operations and business development. Prior to working with EIA, he served on Bridges to Prosperity’s board and the American Segmental Bridge Institute board, where he served as president. His involvement in numerous international charity projects with EIA and B2P showcases his dedication to the mission. Patrick combines 23 years in construction operations, 13 years in business development, and extensive board experience to provide expertise invaluable in delivering EIA’s mission to positively impact communities. In addition to his professional achievements, Patrick is actively involved in mentoring young professionals and fostering innovation within the construction industry. His comprehensive understanding of both technical and strategic aspects of the field makes him a key asset to EIA, helping to advance the organization’s goals and support sustainable development worldwide.
