More and more donors, organizations, and granting foundations are requiring impact studies to verify that program outcomes have attained tangible and measurable goals established at the initiation phase. In order to do this, it is critical that accurate and appropriate community baseline studies and surveys are conducted as early as possible. It is also important that appropriate program indicators are selected to ensure that the true impact of the program is adequately demonstrated after projects have been completed.
EIA staff is experienced and familiar with conducting community baseline and impact studies. We regularly advise our partner organizations in selecting the best indicators of impact for specific programs. We also have the capacity to conduct these studies and surveys on behalf of our teams much more economically and efficiently than if the teams had to travel to them themselves. Our services can include conduction of field surveys, analysis of data, and preparation of baseline and impact reports.
